Horse and caretaker privacy — our standing commitments

These are not draft items. They apply now and they apply to every horse on this platform.

• A horse's specific physical location is never disclosed publicly. Broad context about the kind of place or region a horse lives in may be shared; an address, a facility, a map pin, or coordinates never are.
• The caretaker organization associated with a particular horse is never identified, named, logo'd, or made discoverable through the consumer experience.
• Galuhp is not a GPS horse-tracking service and does not present live animal location data of any kind.
• Photographs and stories are shared in a way intended to protect the horse's safety and the caretakers' privacy.

Information this site collects

This demonstration site keeps a cart in your own browser's local storage so your selections survive a page refresh. It is stored on your device, not on a Galuhp account.

No checkout is connected, so no payment information is collected or processed on this site.

If you send a message through the contact page, it travels through your own email application, and Galuhp receives whatever you chose to write.

Galuhp uses Google Analytics to understand visits and page use, such as which pages are viewed and general information about how visitors reach and use the site. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide this service. This draft disclosure should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Information the live service will cover

Before the live shop opens, this section will describe in full: what account and order information is collected, which service providers process it, how long it is kept, how the Galuhp app handles your data, and how to request access or deletion.

Galuhp is written for horse people of every age, and families are welcome. Account and purchase functions are intended for adults. Final terms covering younger users will be set out here before launch.
