Galuhp has not yet finalized carriers, destinations, timeframes, or return terms. Rather than publish figures we would have to change, the sections below describe what each part of the policy will cover.
When the live shop opens, this page will state, in full and in plain language: where Galuhp ships, how orders are processed, the expected time from order to doorstep, what shipping costs, how orders are tracked, and what happens if a bracelet arrives damaged or never arrives at all.
Bonding bracelets are made and dispatched in batches rather than one at a time. Processing and dispatch timing will be published here before ordering opens.
The countries served, carrier options, and expected delivery windows have not been set. No timeframe on this site should be read as a commitment until this section is completed.
A resolution path for damaged, lost, or incorrect deliveries will be published here, including how to reach Galuhp and what information helps us sort it out quickly.
Return eligibility, the return window, condition requirements, who covers return postage, and how refunds or exchanges are handled will all be stated here in full.
One thing is already settled: the horse who chose you is not exchangeable. Cord colors are yours to choose; the horse is not a selection, and there is no swapping one for another.
