A Galuhp purchase is intended to provide a bonding bracelet and access to an ongoing relationship with one real horse through the Galuhp app.
Horse profiles, stories, photographs, and updates are provided for your enjoyment and remain the property of Galuhp or its contributors. Please don't republish them commercially without permission.
Galuhp may use analytics services to understand visits and page use and improve the site. Those services may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. This draft language should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Galuhp is a for-profit company designed to generate support for equine nonprofit organizations through strategic partners. A Galuhp purchase is not a charitable donation by the customer and should not be treated as one.
The final terms will cover accounts, acceptable use, purchases and billing, app access, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law. Those sections are with counsel and will be published before the live shop opens.
